When our agency updated our policy and procedures, we contracted with Teresa to assist with the policy writing. Teresa worked with our Senior Management Team to write policies in a standardized format to ensure consistency across all of the various areas of service. Teresa was also instrumental in the development of our new electronic format. Teresa’s diplomacy, and quiet respectful approach in working with a diverse group was truly appreciated.
Teresa was successful in ensuring that there was one “voice” throughout the documentation which made the policies easy to read and intuitive to move between one set of policies and another.
